Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub". So, if anyone of you know about this or have received similar gyan from Manager, please share your experience. Fidelity In

soo my sleep schedule is effed up, i keep trying to wake up early-ish (7am) but i’m lacking motivation and i wake up tired 😴
i stumbled upon this article that talked about this book. we always hear about the “secret” of strong leaders is that they wake up early. has anyone read this/tried it out?

Sometimes yeah.. Idea of that question is can you lay out the math equation needed to answer the question.. And then ask for what’s missing (which is what happens in client situations)
I believe they’re going away from this because they found it creates bias in favor of people from more assertive cultures/backgrounds. Not 100% sure though
