Experienced partner, 1, Timbuktu, $1,000,000 raise, $10 bonus
Pwc chairman. My raise is the foregone 5% bonus from every newly promoted manager and my bonus is their tears.
Tax 1, Rating: 2, Raise: Middle Finger raised to my face, Bonus: kick to the balls from national for good measure.
^ What he said.
PwC I just talked to a Manager that got promoted to Director and his raise was 16%
Tax Manager, San Francisco, Tier 1 rating, 9% raise, 14% (as % of old salary).
Hmm A>SA here. Tier 1 26% raise
Senior Associate in Advisory in NYC. Rated Tier 2: 0% pay raise and 9% bonus. Apparently I make more than their "industry research" says that I should make for this area. I hear a lot of people getting that answer based on the cohort system
14% bonus, too bad I can't edit my post (left the word bonus off)
Would also be interested to hear why people feel they got a middle finger. Like comparison to prior year?
Pwc5 9% seems a bit low for tier 1. Would probably take it though.
Yeah that makes sense. I'm a m2 -> m3 and expecting a tier 1 or 2.
Wow way to go pwc7!
Houston, A2>S1, Tier 1, 14% raise, 8% bonus
PwC8, what does your partner tell you in that scenario? Congrats on being tier 2 but you get no pay increase? If i were you i'd be pissed and demand an increase
