For RSM Tax, what is the bonus %? I'm hearing it's fixed each year, so like 6.5%. Can someone provide some insight?

2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.
