I try to aim for 4 but I can't always work that into my schedule so sometimes I have to settle for less but I never go any less than 2 times a week. I think it'd be a lot harder to maintain the momentum if I went lowe than that.
At least 4 (same 4 every week committed meetings) sometimes 5, 6, 7 or more depending on how depressed and crazy I feel.
Conversation Starter
I go almost every day but I’m only 107 days sober. I have a Monday meeting, a Friday meeting, and my home meeting the other days.
Pro
I have 3 meetings that I have commitments at, which I don't miss, and I'll speak whenever asked, beyond that it's just the 3 evenly spaced meetings per week.
I've also come to learn that a floater meeting shouldn't be counted, as it turned out to be nothing more than a mind game I would play to make myself feel better about my meeting attendance. I was not consistently attending said floater, and counting it as a meeting kept me from making an effort to get to that meeting or another consistently.

Great advice. I’ve been counting on a “floater” but it often ends up as a “nice to have”, that I skip, which is not nice.
I do four a week. I sponsor two men.
I also try to aim for four a week but some weeks it may be three depending on what is going on at work and how busy my week is.
3-4 is a sweet spot for me. Lot of times I hit 2 in a week, anything more than 4 drives me insane
Rising Star
I consistently hit the same 3 then I try to flex to one or two more. The old timers in my home group say if you are hitting 4+ you're growing, 3 is treading water, 2 or less you're at risk of regressing. And I feel that in practice.
