I have diabetes. I started losing weight within the 1st month
You have to push your water and consume protein and veggies before you eat any carbs. You may want to stay away from greasy fried foods and heavy carbs. And try to do a brisk walk for at least 5-10 minutes a day and build up how long you can walk daily. But I’ve lost 23 pounds in the first month
Can I ask a question - how did you get it prescribed? I know there’s a lot of controversy around using it for weight loss and I’m not sure my doc would give it to me (but sure im over weight enough to qualify?)
Can you share/DM who prescribed it? Looking to get on it
