Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. I am a contractor with a three month rolling contract and have decided not to renew my contract again. Should I give two weeks notice? I already confirmed it would be renewed with my manager before a new opportunity came along that I am very excited about. I had planned on giving 3 weeks notice, that is until two people in my immediate personal circle have said my company will probably just let me go the day I tell them since I am a contractor.
