Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I duno. I make 65 and I'm happy. I don't need much.
@Huge yeah I think I should be making a bit more too, but my life is more than my job. I don't have thirst for money. I'm rich in other things, as cheesy as it sounds.
$140k spread from start to now over 10 years. A few jumps between different holding co's along the way.
65 to 120? How'd you swing that?

I guess 65k does get you a lot farther in Chicago but if you're in your 30s, you really should be making more. but to each their own. I guess I just like money.
These are ranges within one role, promotions and moves are separated: 34-42, 40 (thx recession), 62-68, 90-98, 102-120 (accepted counteroffer), 168

Oh wait a minute. I was feeling bad about this but I forget we might be comparing salaries to bigger cities that have a higher cost of living and a higher salary. Saw an article last night about how $160,000 in the Bay Area is still kind of broke with the $3000 rent for a one-bedroom apartment.
46k-56k / 65k-75k / 87k-120k

Any developers out there that can chime in on this?
