Also, how do you feel about a small section above the bullets detailing the position (where the bullets are more about your achievements in the position)

Quite recently, the idea that I could be better off working as an employee instead of an entrepreneur surfaced in my mind frequently. I maybe taking a satisfying salary, knowing a few cool people at work, and Friday is just… TGIF. Whereas being a mid-30s entrepreneur is like the only one among your friends constantly worrying about having payments down the road, hesitating getting a mortgage, or if I’m going to really “make it”, or if it’s already too late to switch to an employee position.

Seems like that don't appreciate diversity. 100 percent of upper management is white. The pay is laughable and it's a dead end job. Once you accept a position there you are stuck there until you leave the agency. They block transfers.

Anyone ever escape PA Tax and go to a nice 9-5 cushy job where pay was decent but nothing amazing.

Then these high paying jobs come in and while you have the skillset, you look at the description and think that seems like a hella a lot of work. I think came to the conclusion that I would rather drink a cold beer and never think about work after 430 then working my rear off till 10-12 at night.
