Best game to play while on flights?
Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

Confirming also I have been/am using FMLA. Have also tried a reduced schedule, but that doesn’t seem to prevent the huge spikes around deal closings as a deal lawyer.

I’m so sorry. I hope you have a good plan in place for recovery.
I developed sciatica after many 15-hour days. I improved through PT, strengthening my core and back, taking up swimming — and working fewer hours.
I also switched to a sitting/standing desk and Herman Miller chair, and worked on safe posture while at my desk.
Coach
I had fewer back issues with the Herman Miller — but my prior set-up was not ergonomic at all.
The law firm supplied the Herman Miller chairs to everyone.
I suspect any desk and chair set up that you consciously select to accommodate your needs will be sufficient. I don’t think it’s necessary to spend a lot of money.

Yeah, have been looking into this too but I’ve used a lot of my FMLA hours already for all the PT I’ve had over the past 18 months. Will def continue to explore it though!
