A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? Are tax returns delayed this year? Filed electronically in early feb and both state a federal were accepted…have yet to hear back. When I check the “where’s my refund” IRS tool it just says “your return may be delayed”

Would love to get your input on this but how do you guys feel about consulting, especially with a STEM background? I have worked on studies where we make recommendations that anybody with a basic scientific/engineering knowledge will say “yea, no f-ing sh*t. We want to do that too. But it’s impossible to achieve from technical perspective with the money we have. You don’t think we already thought of that?”
