Once you hit the real world education comes second unless applying for more education. 👌🏼
Totally fine to lead with education...i'd actually suggest it if it's more impressive than your work experience.
16 is impressive. I was barely 17!
D1, not a troll. I'm an A2 at BCG. MIT is unusual in its policy of admitting students substantially under the age of majority... The youngest my year was 14
Seems like you know what you're doing and this is humble brag. Tbt
Not weird at all. Curious if you can you take time off before/after secondment to take care of long overdue personal goals? ;-)
HA B5!
I am skipping town for 2 weeks at the end of February. Personal goals will be happening whether the secondment does or not 😉
...landing those facts before my 18 months of work
@O every consultant has excellent educational stats. Don't bother. Btw what firm are you at?
List it, very impressive and can't hurt. Good luck!
You list what you think your audience will care more about. Forget norms.

Why do you want to leave BCG ?
@op
I wish I were more like you
I'm not leaving! Just applying for secondments (they are like internships... We work at client firms and social impact orgs). Would return to full employment 6 months or 12 months down the road. Just looking for a change of pace.
@OP Are you applying for City? :)
I've met a surprising number of 20 year old A1s, I feel so old 👴🏼
OP, does the 1/3 pay cut that applies to social impact secondment also apply to those at clients (not social impact org/nonprofit)
1/3 pay cut is typical, though less the rule at client secondments.
@BCG2-- It's alright, no one cares in the end 😉You landed MBB after all...
