Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

I can’t help much with bonus structures or vesting plans, but I’m very curious about positions you may have available in Pittsburgh, PA. Sorry if this is inappropriate. I know that’s not what your post is about!
I will tell you that my bonus plan is not my favorite. 10% of my annual salary can be earned as a bonus (so a total of 110% possible per year), chopped up into 5 separate 20% increments. Each quarter, a 20% increment can be earned, based on the company’s accomplishment of EBITDA to target. There’s a sliding scale involved, certain acquisition levels mean I get more or less of that 20% for that quarter. The remaining 20% is based on the same calculation as an annual attainment of EBITDA to target. I don’t feel as though I have sufficient control to reach the bonus target, and I depend on other departments to have their shit together. It was also sold to me as real money I could count on each quarter, though with COVID payouts have been put on hold. It’s still being calculated and will be paid out in 2021 (purportedly), but I have to be an employee at the time of the payout to receive it (per plan documents). Meaning, if I leave for any reason, I leave money on the table that I’ve already earned.
