Toronto ad fish 🤠 I’ve spent most of my career working as a copywriter in London (6 years here, 2 years Toronto) and the market is pretty different here. I’m planning on moving back home but wondered….how do you find work in Toronto? Agencies barely post openings, is the recruiter scene strong? Is it mostly who you know?

Is this a joke??
No , what's wrong in it ?
Pro tip: Diversity/Inclusive hiring does not mean exclusionary hiring. That means that efforts to hire women (and any other identified minority for that matter) should be accomplished through means that ATTRACT women NOT because you have discreet spots for them. It's exclusionary to men and actually patronizing to women. IF you guys are serious about attracting women, offer things that women desire or will one day make use of (childcare, gym, PAID PARENTAL leave, sick time, decent hours . etc..) go a long way to attract women to your firm. Regardless of your intentions or D&I training/sensitivity; your post is effectively contrary to your goal.
+100 points for trying, -100 points for execution.
I’m sure some higher up at Genpact would be very upset if they saw how you worded a post like this. Maybe even you’re fired pissed off.
May I know what's wrong in it ?
Bahahaha at least they go public about the male discrimination now.
Buddy, you can boast about all of your D&I training that you want. At the end of the day, looking for ONLY women is the exact opposite of being diverse and inclusive, it is being very exclusive, by definition.
