I have an offer from Ey Gds and Bdo for audit assistant manager role, my target is to get secondment to USA, please let me know if BDO provides secondment to audit seniors/assistant managers?

I’m at a midsize firm in the Midwest and I’ve noticed that we’ve hired multiple associates who all graduated law school the same year. Some are coming from clerkships, other firms, etc., but they’re all on the same graduation year. This feels like it’s setting up a squeeze down the road for these folks with respect to partnership. Is there something I’m missing or is this something that will cause issues down the road?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
