Thoughts on a Omega De Ville Prestige as a first luxury watch? Would be ~$7.5K USD at retail. Some friends have said great things about Omega as a starter, whereas others say it’s not worth it over a Rolex Oyster Perpetual (which would be similar in cost).
I personally love how clean the design is, the use of gold, and the thinner band as it links the watch … find the Rolex band design to be too chunky.

NEVER tell a potential employer your current salary. There is literally zero incentive for you. It can ONLY hurt you. The best thing to do in these situations is tell them the your target.
Thanks y'all. Just to clarify, the second interview is currently being scheduled and the recruiter asked for my base via email. I did say that I'm comfortable with what they deem my market value since I'm a year out of undergrad and am willing to negotiate

You tell them that you feel you are underpaid at your current position. You would like to make on the X-Y range. But don't set your X too low because they may offer exactly X and then say you are greedy. Whatever range you tell them, be comfortable with the low end. Bc there's no way they will offer you the high end.
Why can't they ask you for pay stub? Now that you would be free to refuse I would agree with. But I don't see why they can't ask for it.
They can ask all they want and you don't have to provide it. A company I was interviewing with asked for it as they were prepping the offer and said it was a required part of the application. I said ok, then I guess the application will be incomplete and you don't really want to hire me. Called their bluff and still got an offer. (Note: I'm not one year out of school like OP. Completely different leverage)
They may ask for a paystub
Frame the discussion as to what you are looking to make out of your next role
Issue you run into is if they are willing to pay more but find out what you make and end up only paying you partially what you are worth
@C1, what you are worth and what you would like to make are two different things...
I would give a range like anywhere from 60-80 or something
