You’re asking if there are Ubers in San Jose?….yes, there are
Interesting. I’ve spent some time in San Jose and never had trouble finding an uber, but maybe things are different at the moment

OP - What do you mean by ride share? We all ride horses around here in California. As soon as you land in the airport, go to a horse rental place and get one.
San Jose has plenty of rideshare, they just may be more expensive right now due to cutbacks from covid and also astronomical gas prices. I’d consider how much you plan on taking lyfts/ubers and do a rough estimation to see if renting a car would be cheaper.

It is an assumption, but if you're there for a wedding, chances are you might have a drink, right? I'd consider doing it all by ride-share.
Only losers don’t drive in CA
There are plenty of Ubers, they will just cost more and take longer to get to you
I’d get a car. Easy driving around there anyway.
