Good excuses to be away for 3 hours for an interview when the team knows you are alt traveling and not in your home city? (so no Dr. appointments and the like)

I'm looking for new ideas on winter cardio. This season is already getting colder than other years. I usually do outdoor jogs.

I run 3x per week and started having left knee pain. Got an X-ray and it turns out I have mild arthritis in both knees. Has anyone else been diagnosed? What are your remedies? I got an inflammatory and hope it provides some relief!

I think we should go to counseling. I know I love him and I know he loves me- there’s just so much animosity so much anxiety around discussions. Do you think our anxiety or tension is because we have not been able to conceive?

Husband and I are planning to rent a car (we wipe the entire inside and handles down with bleach wipes) and drive to a state over (only 5 hours, no pit stops) to pod up with my parents for a month or two. We will be wearing masks and social distancing with my parents until everyone is tested and confirmed negative. My husband goes to the grocery store once a week, other than that we do not interact with others and have taken the pandemic very seriously. Is this a bad idea? Second guessing myself

Okay, so I have pretty bad cystic acne, clogged pores and enlarged pores. I’ve been using curology and a mild dermatologist recommended soap. Any lead for legal opening at a manager level? I have 8+ years of experience in both in-house and corporate.

Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. Has anyone else had this before, where you are managing someone but they don’t give you a promotion? Sounds bizarre to me that they allow me to hire someone but then are hesitant to promote.
