Good marketing/branding books to read?

The GTM strategy at my company is not the best or strongest. Does anyone have any books, articles or suggestions on how to learn more about this topic? Marketing wise I feel like my team checks the boxes but every time we are getting for a launch it doesn’t hit the mark.

Any good books or articles worth reading on product marketing and analytics? I come from more of a technical and general product management background, so I personally feel like I lack on the marketing side. Like Search engine optimization, etc. Thank you.

Me and another teacher had a meeting with a parent and student. After the meeting, the admin asked us both to stay. He shut the door and yelled at me for not apologizing to the student (the other teacher did before the meeting and I 100% wanted to, but I felt like the opportunity wasn't there - and yes, I know I should have). I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. Example: base salary $100k, and you get a $40k bonus.
When I pay taxes for the tax year, am I taxed on a total income of $140k? Or is the bonuses taxed higher (I keep seeing 22% witholding) and my total income is only ~$132k and I pay taxes on that?

Does the type of bonus matter? Sign-on bonuses vs AIP?
