Good morning, so I did a final interview which was physical after 2 virtual interview, it made me travel long distance.
After 2 days, through the recruiting agency I applied with, the company asked that I send my flight and travel invoice that they look to reimburse or cover that expenses. So I'm wondering what it means for me and the application, does it signify that I'm not considered for the role and they just want to be kind or is a standard practice?

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.
So if anyone has any tips or people i can talk to would be great!!
