The nude color looks great with cropped pants or a skirt, so perfect for summer/spring https://www.everlane.com/products/womens-modern-oxford-coldkhaki (I wear flat boots for the same purpose in fall/winter)
OP- I wore them in London averaging 20k/day recently. Now I wear them for commuting average 8k steps/day. I’m impressed with how they don’t rub or cause back pain or foot pain. They have a 30 day return policy even if you wear them outside. The best shoes I have found are honestly Danskos. But they can be ugly and unstylish. Some sandals are okay.
Everlane has some amazing oxfords that look sharp but are also comfortable enough to wear and walk all day.
The Cole Haans hurt my feet. I am starting to wear All Birds!
Tieks!! Bought them for this purpose and now wear them all the time.
I can walk for miles in Rothy’s no problem! Love them 🙌🙌
I pack these everywhere I go. Read the reviews too.

Oxfords!
A2 I was looking at Allbirds too! My only concern is them getting worn down or stretched out, I will be walking a mile or so to/from work
Nice, do you have the slip ons or runners?
Allbirds. Love Rothys, but I've had to break them in.
I have both runners and tree skippers. Tree skippers are great for summer. Also had trouble with Tieks. Loved them but gave me back pain from the lack of support.
