Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

We have 4 weeks "work from anywhere" per year. One could use them to work internationally. Beyond that, no. I'd imagine it would become a tax and timezone nightmare.
@Director, first off it's a new policy, established in the last ~6 months as part of our approach to hybrid working. We are all still voluntary WFH. Some people have approved remote work policies now, be they domestic or international. The 4 week work from anywhere policy starts when Google begins official return to office... Date tbd.
But the bigger point is, Google has a culture of transparency and trust. Googlers by and large respect that. We're asked to get our manager's ok on the weeks we use (to ensure all ok from timezone/deliverables pov), and then log our "work from anywhere" weeks in our internal system. Beyond that - we TRUST our Googlers not to take advantage or be dishonest.
We are well taken care of as employees and the exchange is in not taking advantage. If we did, they'd take the nice things away. And no one wants that.
