Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. So many times when I ask them to write their own thoughts about something and to explain why they hold that opinion, many students get stuck and/or turn to the Internet. When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. Recently they researched heraldry for the Medieval Era and reproduced either a family crest that they found or created their own personal crest. Anyone have other activities they use?
