Looking for new HR opportunities, either remote (ideally east coast time) or in NC. Please reach out if you know of places hiring or can refer! Have been applying and interviewing, but nothing concrete yet. Would love some help!
Hey Epamers, Looking for help and inputs here: How much salary to expect for delivery manager role with 10 yrs of experience on east coast? And how much avg annual increment, bonus and ltip to expect for avg performance? If offer letter says 15% bonus, can I expect at least 10% for avg performance? Also this ltip is super confusing, hw much can I expect on B2 level, e.g. if base is 150K, can I expect at least 30K?
Who's thinking about quitting post bonus?
I am from security background with 2 years of experience in Threat vulnerability management, should I consider switching for more salary?

Just withdrew right before my interviews with Amazon and Microsoft this week. Still remember the good old days when I used to worship em and ask everyone for a referral but now just happy with non-FAANG industry exit, significant bump and amazing WLF.
Any moms at kpmg take maternity leave around the time when a salary increase should be taking place (e.g. start your leave mid-september when comp increases is expect in October)? Is it worth pushing off those 4 STD weeks before the due date to get yourself the new salary before going on leave? Any other ways to get the higher salary while on leave? Does it take effect if youre using pto and not the parental leave (maybe save your primary parental leave for a day later or something)?
Anyone left consulting for tech startups? I have an offer in a tech startup as a Customer Success Manager, and on a high level I get that it's about upselling/growing customer accounts. Does anyone have an idea of the specifics of the role though, or what I should do to make sure I do well? I'll be their first Customer Success Manager so they don't have the clearest of visions for the role too, besides "we envision you being our customers' trusted advisor" 🙃
What’s non equity partnership like years 1-5? Specifically, how much does your compensation increase and how do you make your way towards equity partner? Question coming from curious v50 mid level doing finance / corp. work in v busy sector likely to continue for next couple decades. 1st gen. American / 1st in fam to go to law school, would appreciate thoughts since total compensation and lifestyle at private companies w stock etc seems appealing. Obv this has been asked / debated before :)
Currently in Kinaxis, precession services base 110k bonus : 12%. Got an offer from slalom base 130k and 7%. I wanted to shoot out for senior consultant but they still offer me consultant role. Is the switch worth it. I am not particularly looking for a job change
Anyone who got promoted did not get MA. The salary of a senior at the immediate lower level is almost equivalent to a just promoted person. E.g. salary of a senior A is around 10L, but of a just promoted AC is around 10.7 - 11. The salary of a 6 month AC is around 12.5L. The same type of gap is present at AC C layer, only magnified, differences going as far as 2L in a difference of 6 months. 1. How is this fair to promotees? "Treat people right"? 2. Are we really just gonna sit and accept this?
Aside from salary, what did you negotiate for? Are bonuses a part of your contract? Did you ask for extra vacay or any other non-monetary benefits? How’d you do it?
Anyone have an employee referral program in place or recos on how to avoid monetizing such a program? Specifically — different methods beyond monetary bonuses... exciting incentives to get referrals through the door?
I recently accepted an offer which entails a nice signing bonus. I have a bf of like 1 year. He has, twice, kind of jokingly suggested that he expects me to pay for our trip we are taking before I start the new job. Is it selfish of me to like still request he split the cost of accommodation etc? I make more $ than him for context. And he usually treats me to din whenever we go out. It’s kind of a lot of $ for me to just do, and I’d rather like, invest it… but I don’t want to be selfish. Idk.
How to deal with jealousy over friends and peers getting amazing job offers amidst my struggle to find a new role? It keeps happening and today my friend informed me he’s leaving for a 35% pay raise. I’m making 50K less than him now and feel criminally underpaid by my lackluster company.
So far this year, there have been 4 times I've gotten a "PWC NEW HIRE BONUS POINTS" bonus of 8,000 points to my Hilton Honors account. Has anyone else been getting this?

I got an offer today from Facebook at the L3 level. I am working remotely from Austin and my overall comp (bonuses and stock options included) is about $140k. Am I getting ripped off here? How do I try to neg with these people?

Flying internationally for a wedding from the US (to Spain). Delta looks like the starting prices are lowest but I’m definitely not going to be cramped in economy. How is Comfort+ international? Does anyone strongly advise against delta & have recommendations for other airlines? Thanks in advance!
If you could work remotely full time and live anywhere in the US where would you choose to live? (Assuming all visa hassles addresses around proximity to office etc)
Naive question. What does it really mean when a recruiter says “[company] is keeping you in view for next year”. The original position was for this year.

Need suggestions and your views. Currently at Manager level in DUSI and just got 33% hike. Currently I am holding an offer from a boutique firm which is offering a much higher executive level and 30% hike over my current salary. But since this firm is pretty small and setting up new operations in India, little hesitant. What do you think fishes ?
