FX & Treasury Sales Job at a bank in India

I work at an US bank in a middle office role in India but I’m not liking it much because it’s process oriented. Now I’m getting an offer from an Indian based bank for the Treasury and FX sales role but I’m so confused about the job security and targets. My questions are below:

1) Will I be asked to work for 12 hours?
2) Will I be given targets and if I don’t meet it, will I be fired or something?

I’m so happy, after 2.5 years, I finally received offers to break into a CRE😀 One role is CMBS - Capital Markets Analyst and the other is an acquisition/ development analyst type of role. Both forms offered $70k base. What’s the best way to negotiate to $77k+?

3rd job rejection after I thought it went really well. I had really great interviews & good feedback on my portfolio. When I ask why I didn’t get the position the answer I keep getting is “decided to go with someone with more experience”. Which is so frustrating, bc it’s just not as constructive as I’d like. My bf and I were both approached by recruiters from the same tech company for the same role on different teams. We both have the same YOE, same degree from the same school, etc etc. Mid process he ended up not getting this role but reapplied for the same role one level higher with another team. The quality of some of the new hires this time makes me wonder if Deloitte can keep up the Big4 tag 5 years down the line. Poor communication skills, grammatical mistakes in mails and spelling mistakes ffs! This has happened so many times now that my lead has asked me to recheck the drafts before these guys hit send. On a track for promotion for Q1 but feeling burnt out and like I can’t manage the workload in order to make that happen. I brought this up to my manager and she said “well we probably won’t be able to get you the promo until Q2 then in order to get all the data points needed”. Her point is pretty accurate, but am I crazy to slow down for my mental health and sanity at the expense of delaying promo by 3 months?

Need a car based on current needs and we’re adopting a large dog so will need it for transport since Uber will not be an option.
