Got a rating 1 in CTS last year for 2025. Was billed in a project till May . I have been with Cognizant for 12 years . I still don't know what wrong i did for that rating but now HR is calling me and due to my rating no project is taking me . Frustrating and insulting as I used to take interviews in 2024 and was working well without any quarrel or escalation . What can I do ? Has anyone in Cognizant faced this before ? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Sure I just started a new job as a project coordinator in January .
It my first job in clinical trials technology position prior to this I was in dentistry for 32 years and it’s taking me a lot to learn all the ins and outs of data analysis and some of the tech talk.
I’m very grateful to have the position because it took me 2 years to find a job! I just wish I could perform better and know my job a little more intimately.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched.
