Sounds like they are asking you - as CD-to help evaluate (rate) the remaining team. But agree with SC1- ask how you can prep so you don’t dread the meeting between now and when you find out
I hope they’ve not nicknamed you the mini master. You could always just go ask them “in case you need to prepare anything”.
If it’s a layoff meeting - you getting the axe or the axing of others with your inputs, just ask a question or make a statement to the meeting owner that will surefire let you know the gist.
