Got an interview at McKinsey for an associate director position (second highest position according to the recruiter) with the director next week and only have 4 YOE in consulting in total. How can I still ace this interview? I do admit I’m not quite there yet in terms of seniority and experience but I’m very coachable, a quick learner and willing to work hard/smart. Any helpful advice?? I’m nervous.
