No, experienced associate PwC
You should bring it up with your recruitment rep. 12k is a good starting point. Time to flex your negotiating muscle. Always negotiate from a position of strength but with flexible interests. There is no standard offer, everyone is unique. What value is this tuition to your prospective employer?
I'll only owe 12k back.
Best signing bonus I've heard of in big4/ACN is 15k (below Mngr)...after taxes it's not much. R u coming on as a manager?
Our undergrad signing bonus is 10-12, you should be able to get at least 15k
Weird, most offers for experienced hires come with a signing bonus....it def won't cover tuition tho haha
Federal position doing analytics. Say they give me like 10k, what's the take home number from that?
Yeah but would it make a difference since this is a federal position and not commercial?
Well if you didn't mention this fun fact as part of your T's and C's to leave you can't mention it now. So go for signing bonus. It will at least help and cash out your vacation.SBs and PTO get taxed differently.
Mind sharing what your base salary offer is?
75. I haven't accepted, just acknowledged.
Depends, Advisory doesn't give signing bonuses to exp hires, I would bring it up. If they want you they will negotiate

How long to burn off tuition reimbursement? Will new firm wait? You may not want to wait tho.
^I'd have to wait 7 months. They want me in 2 weeks. I asked for 15, that way after taxes I'll get most of what I need to cover. If not I'll ask for a bump in the base salary.
