When I was at ACN you needed 1 year service then whatever date came first July 1 or Jan 1 so you join in May and its about 13 months until match, 2 years to vesting.
Interesting, is this how most people have been calculating their total compensation? I’ve always only done it by base plus bonus

Bonus is not guaranteed, and I can’t remember if the Accenture 401k match has a vesting period. For the stock purchase, you will need to front the money to purchase it. Overall your calculation logic is right.
ESPP is max $15k/year. Check that again.

Bonuses at Accenture are like non existent from what I remember. This calculation made me chuckle, it’s accurate, but it’s the same way microsoft HR tries to tell us our total comp is 🤣 they throw in health too

Ask for a higher signing bonus. 10k is pretty standard and I've seen as high as 22k for a level 9.
If you're OK with HSAs, ACN will pitch in $500 for you and $500 for a covered spouse. That will help you to move the needle a bit to the 200k goal.

Are you getting any swag? You won’t get full retail on eBay but let’s say $10 bucks closer to $200k
Your TC for FB purposes is ~170k = 160 * (1 + 10% * 80%). Assumes you’ll get paid 80% of your bonuses over time.
Everything else should be a part of your calculus to compare against your BATNA.

Don’t calculate your sign on bonus because that’s a one time gig. They could give you a 5k bonus but not raise your salary and your TC would go down

If you are manager and above, the bonus is pretty consistent due to the global comp- but not at the 10% rate (you’ll probably get $12-13k)
Having been at a company that had capped 401k match at $2500...I’d count the 6% match as that is significant when you get into higher numbers (nearly $8k using OPs #s)
Nah, to me your TC here is 183K for Year 1 with full bonus attainment, especially if you're trying to compare it with the trend of FAANG offers with RSU calculations baked in the TC. The rest are just optional perks/benefits that can be treated as nice kickers.
