Thoughts on K&L Gates corporate department?
I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Take a job. Intern on your off hours at a cooler place that isn’t advertising. Helps you stand out from a crowd and you’re not stressed. It helps jumpstart your networking.

Heard Walgreens is a mess since the former CMO left that company.
Full time job! You’ll potentially get more opportunities and experience at the smaller company. Internships are usually shadowing and supporting where as your full time position will likely give you much more ownership and responsibility on projects. Which is great! You can always get a job at a big agency in few years.
Also having a job always leads to more jobs!

I had a similar experience before. It was RGA or a Tech startup. I took the tech start up since the company opportunity was great. With the hyper growth so did my role. Years later that company went IPO. I probably worked on various and more tasks than what I would have worked than at RGA. So this did help me grow at a faster pace.
Overall, I would go with which company will really add to your career. Big names is great but what you will accomplish with the company is better.

From personal experience this part is really important - if you want to be in creative/brand strategy, take AKQA. If you’re coming from a different discipline later on, it can be harder to transition into brand strategy than you’d think. (Of course, this is assuming you can do without the money/stability in the short term!)

Hard to say without knowing what the smaller company is. It’s really hard to get your foot in the door in advertising, So if the smaller company has zero name recognition or notable clients, it may set you back in the future.
What accounts would you be on? Is your CD great? Those two matter much more than agency name or salary.
$78k for an entry level role, OMW! I didn’t hit that until I had like 10 years experience. Do that, no question!
