Got laid off but knew it was coming. Was working for this company for years, even during college. Last thing I was told to do was to train an Ai bot by feeding it my graphics and some new ones I created for upcoming campaigns. After it was able to automate the process, they let me go. I have been applying for a couple weeks now and have had a couple interviews but nothing came from them. Starting to feel discourage and considering changing careers. Any recommendations? or advice? I recently cleared 1st round of interview for data scientist role in Deloitte. 2nd round is with the director and most probably it will be a case study based interview. Anyone have idea, what kind of questions should I expect?

Interviewed for final round, Paytm. Post few hours, received mail from HR regarding required documents such as salary slips etc. What does this mean? I’m confused.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched.
