I have a case interview with Accenture.. any tips?

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance
BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Guys, Off the topic !
I bought a flat, but it didn't come with 4 wheeler parking, so I had to park on the street outside the apartment. However, the builder still has three closed parking spaces available. Could anyone recommend a negotiated price or a percentage off the flat rate for covered parking?
Thanks.

This is what i did 6 months back
Mentioned my date of joining to 15 days gave interviews and got job confident .Then changed ny notice period to 60 days and started applying in all company portals and naukri and once i got the job mentioned that my joining will be in 90 days and Previously i was on bench and now i got a project so acc to company policy i will have to serve 90 days and they prolonged the total to 90 days and released the offer letter
I will tell you my story,
I also had 3 month notice period, So I took a risk and resigned before the offer having hand, I had full confidence to get a job in 3 months, and I also had back plan for 2 months if I didn't get a job
In 1 month I gave almost 10 interviews and analyzed the current market, what to learn, and what good to have, 2 months I get 1 offer so no I am secure my job in 3rd month I get a good offer and lots of interviews I gave
So if you plan you can do it 3 months,
This is my second time serving 3 months notice period
What if the recruiter asks why did you resign without any offer in hand? Happened with me. I made up some story but could not convince them as they thought I am some under performing employee and i might have been terminated.
State less notice period on job portals, and in hr calls tell them genuinely official notice period but it is negotiable, Just to make sure you reach to interview round and clear the interview,
.
Wait for sometime when market is good then resign and then search for job.
I am also looking for job and i tried telling lies to get calls but nothing works, best is to resign and then search.
Anyone who can give a referral to a fresher? i can't seem to find a starting job with any company or startups!!
Get your basics strong. Include the Leetcode/Hacker Rank/Github profile in your resume and apply for decent product based orgs
Manager ke m..b..kar do aur bench pe aa jao aur phir resign kar do...1 mahine me release ho jaaoge...

Bro this infact is a problem. There are companies who want people to join in a month, and yet their interview rounds span over several weeks. I once gave an interview where rounds extended to over 2 months!!!
Make sure you are good at your game. Inform about a notice of 60 days and not 90 days to your first company. If you are in the lower bracket of salary ~below 20; you will easily get a job. Also not receiving calls may be due to screwed up resume.
Yes
Resign and search after the first month, usually interview process takes a month and therefore tell the company that your notice period is 30-45 days.
You do get calls, but you need to be patient. I got multiple interview calls with 90 day notice period and finally an offer from Thoughtworks. Please don't ruin your existing job by resigning and then searching. It's not worth the headache. Life is long, be patient. Work on your LinkedIn profile especially headline.
I never found it to be issue. If someone wants a good resource they will hire u irrespective of notice period. Just mention to them u can negotiate with ur employer for early release
Update status as serving notice period, secure first offer, resign, then get another offer. Risky but worth it
I've seen that Service based companies can wait for 90 days... A few of my friends is working with Infosys, EY and ZS associates they've waited for 90 days.
Please don't resign without offer. Market is very unstable..even after getting offer at last moment they are revoking offer. So atleast get 2 offers where you can join without hesitation. And for notice period tell them...you will get early release.

Get an offer from a good company. They will accommodate a 90 day notice period.
Examples are:
Morgan Stanley
NatWest
JPMC
really bad
1. Asking too much hike before landing your first offer
2. Telling the “truth”, when asked about reason for switch. Remember the reason you had for your first job.
3. Asking for remote or hybrid formally
4. Asking for fancy titles before getting first offer
5. Willingness to step down and sell yourself. Showing attitude that I’m too good for you
6. Not following up with HR for a result. After all it’s a manual process

I'm currently employed and in the process of interviewing with Accenture, planning to put down paper in August IFF I've an offer then serve the 90 days notice period till there's an opportunity which gives joining bonus which I can use to negotiate an early release. If Accenture gives joining bonus, nothing like it.
