OP - not too familiar with UK earnings tbh, but sounds pretty much in line with the market. Not high nor low. Glassdoor reports 85k-105k for associate director and 105k-130k for director at cognizant in the London area.
This is a good pay if you’re outside London.. but also the answer might change depending on your designation. Appreciate that you have 17 years of work experience, but that puts you in the sort of mid to senior level and pay may vary depending on where you are in the hierarchy
OP - a good rule of thumb is that TC for a new offer should be > or equal to 30% higher than your current TC. The new offer is just above that if you account for your 10k bonus and assume that you get the 30% bonus as well with your car allowance. After that I’d say it’s up to non monetary factors such as “is it what you want”.
