What will be the chances of sustaining here to see if I can get a project in few more months

Last layoffs I have seen were on March 18th 2024 haven't heard any layoffs again

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
