Guys I have received offer letter from
HCL Technologies #HCL but I have not the option to accept. I have few queries mentioned below.
1) HCL Selection Status Earlier was
Completed now it is Pending. What does this mean?
2) Offer Letter is still in Sent state. I received offer letter from HR on mail.
How to accept on portal?
3) My Last Working day is 16 April 2023
and Offer letter Joining is 16 March
2023. Will they update in April 23 when time will come?
4) Any chance of withdrawl of offer?

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
