Guys kindly advise - I joined the current company I am working in around 8 months back and after joining i realised I was being paid very less or equivalent to people who have lesser practical knowledge. Now I have a better offer from another company offering better money and the position i deserve.
My question - what should I do when the current company has a 2 months resignation policy and the other company is allowing lesser time to join?
