Guys what to choose between Accenture Strategy and Strategy& for SIP In IIMs.
Accenture has promised me a PPO because I already have a good profile and they have lots of projects aligned with my past workex, while Strategy& will bring me nothing except brand tag and some benefits in final placements. Please guide me guys.

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.
