Guys who are gng to offices, how serious is the 10hr shift and why it's even a 10hr window set for trutime cause my team is doing WFH and we follow a 9 hr shift Cognizant HYD

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

Can any one let me know if any of option open for me or is it over?

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
