I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.

You should approach another company for getting joining bonus….joining bonus if bot paid in first month salary then no bonus….now your only hope is variable bonus which you will receive in Nov month salary
This should be in your offer letter if its not there then you wont be getting. Also JB you get just after joining so if you didnt get it now then you wont get it
Guys, i had a discussion regarding this and found out this . HR's will usually do like this.
If you fall in annual appraisal cycle let's say, atleast 8 months, they will give you hike and will not give any joining bonus. However for a particular year if you do not fall into appraisal cycle then they will give you joining bonus.
Is there an average hike for new joiners or how do they determine?
The annual bonus is not joining bonus. The JB is decided when you join the company not complete your first year.

joining bonus will be decided at the time of salary negotiation and the amount will be mentioned in offer letter an you det it with 1st months salary. you wont get it if its not mentioned in offer letter
It's called joining bonus for a reason 😜. It has to be paid along with your first month salary. Do not confuse it with annual bonus which is already a part of your CTC and based on your performance. The only way to be awarded with a joining bonus now is switching to a new company and making sure it's mentioned in your offer letter!
