Had a convo with HR rep today about one of my associates. He happened to mention something regarding title changes and hinted no salary adjustments. I realized then I wouldn’t have that opportunity for my salary to be adjusted based on my peers (men). He offered to do a peer review of those in similar roles within my group and firm wide. I said yes but.. has this ever happened to anyone where they did the right thing? I just know our levels can have wide degrees of pay and be “okay”..

First time Dad and my 15 month old keeps running up the stairs at my in-laws place and they keep encouraging it.
