Fam, need an advice. Asking for a close friend. He has 2 offers 1. Jpmc: ctc 21 lakhs(excludes bonuses) 2. Morgan stanley through third party: ctc 27 lakhs (includes everything) Which is better in terms of career growth, job security? Work is sort of similar in both. #Morgan Stanley #JPMorgan Chase
I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.
Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

If you wanna move on then you should.
You are getting interviews, maybe it’s something in your interviews? Can you ask recruiters for feedback?
Thank you!! :)
Yeah get feedback. For me, i have the name brand to get the interview and enough relevant experience to go far but I can’t compete with someone who’s done pure strategy their whole careers.
So I’m looking at going to a boutique, investing a year on classic strategy work and then shooting again
... PS also cuz I don’t wanna pay for an mba
Thanks, makes a lot of sense - I’m in the same boat as you
OP how have you described your HC work and how have FAANG recruiters and hiring managers perceived it. I’m in HC as well and worry about this despite doing almost exclusively 4-12 week strategy, assessment, roadmap type work. Any referrals or just applying on the careers site? My guess would be it’s not a level issue (C vs SC). Given the popularity of these roles it’s likely just that there were more competitive applicants at the time.
Appreciate the advice! Good luck to you at work and in the exit process
