Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Personally I perceive an exploding offer as indication of the company culture.
True. I had some bad experience over it in the past which is why I'm being extremely careful.
Just went through this. Negotiate the offer, just pick something like start date or sign on bonus and be annoying about it. Tell the recruiter from the other firm you have offer in hand as well so they speed up and get more competitive about the offer they give you.
Yes. There is an obvious missing component in the offer. Not sure if its deliberate or a tactic so they'd know I would only ask for that (instead of a higher base). Which is why I'm worried that they might come back on the same day and add it back to the offer.
Negotiating an offer now over a small difference. Has held up the offer finalization for a week
