Generally speaking, there’s prime time to post (when people are usually checking or during downtime). Post something that you think will be helpful to others or might be able to help others. There’s groups you can join too
I would love to know this as well.I am not finding any quality candidates on Linked in.
I agreew with TR1. We usually have a certain timeframe when to post. Sometimes, we focus on a specific industry with more in demand roles.
Yep, it's primarily how we recruit candidates - although more for mid level professionals as they don't really apply for stuff through us directly
Yes!!! the network is completely open. I have various different headhunting tactics we use to target and attract talent. Are you just posting and waiting or putting in the effort to headhunt ?
It's all about your messaging on your posts. When I post about a open role I get 70+ comments, 30+ qualified applicants, and 10+ shares. All organic reach.
