Has anyone downgraded their CSR to a freedom flex and then applied for the regular sapphire? It’s been 4+ years for me since having the csr and want to recapture the sign up bonus. After I get the bonus, can I upgrade my regular sapphire to the reserve?

I make 195 in an internal role but am applying to outside consulting opportunities. I’m an experienced manager with an mba and a cpa. How much comp should I be targeting? Thinking about asking for base of 200, bonus of 25% … reasonable? Unrealistic? Should I ask for more? I hear the market is crazy right now. Please help.
