Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Insight on Kilpatrick Townsend NY?
Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Place your camera above normal desk level, otherwise you’ll look extra fat.
EY just started using it, but I imagine the experience is the same as when I interviewed with Goldman and Deloitte.
I hated HireVue. It feels so impersonal because you're not speaking directly with a person and get no feedback (i.e., cannot read non-verbal cues of the interviewer). No human connection, whatsoever. All you see is a brief video question and you get 30 seconds or so to think of your answer and then a few minutes to deliver your answer. I only had one shot to record my answers. I felt I did poorly with my responses, but I did make it to final rounds with both firms.
Advice is to look directly at the camera (not at your image on screen) to simulate eye contact with the reviewer, dress as you would for an in-person interview (at least from the waist up for the camera), and be cognizant of your background.
