Has anyone ever encountered a situation where you interview for a supervisor/manager position and you are informed that transition will be moving forward, but it been more than two weeks and I have not gotten an offer letter.

I really feel like because it family owned and my supervisor is related to the CEO, that may be they were just doing it to be doing it.

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, what did it look like for you and the patient? Or do you advise against it and if so why? I’ve been researching this and can understand both sides of the argument. Thanks in advance!
