Has anyone experienced issues with User Interviews having a lot of no-shows? I have a study going with confirmed sessions but I keep having no-shows.

I know it’s possible people aren’t showing up but I’m 3/3 no-shows and it just seems out of ordinary.

For context, I’m using Zoom plugin. Observers and myself are both able to join using link from UI. I also tried on a personal device with no work ties and could join successfully. I am *not* using their panel for this study.

Any thoughts?
