Has anyone got an offer when you thought the company went with someone else? The post interview anxiety is driving me crazy

I am currently an EH&S/AP associate for Walmart Supple Chain. I am a team lead in the department making $31.35 an hour working Fri-Sun from 5:30-17:30 (12hr). I am interviewing for EH&S/AP manager and I am searching for how much the managers are making on here but I can’t find any post about it. If I get an offer for the manager position, how much should I ask for my salary? Please let me know how much you are making as an EHS manager and please include your company as well.

I got the highest offer from LnT worth 17, but I can try for some more comapnies and get higher offers.
But ,I also want to retain in capgemini if they match the package.
Should I stop interviews & approach my manager or should I wait for him to call me again ? He had already called once saying he would match the package.
Am I being too greedy if I ask for 18/19 to retain?Or should I just ask for 17 so that repport between me and my manager remains intact?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. I'm an IP Attorney for a global Fortune 500 company. I only focus on IP mainly patent prosecution, Right to Market searches, Patentability searches, Landscape Searches, advising the business on IP related agreements.
