If they don’t eat much just give them a multi vitamins may take some time. Keep trying different foods they may like. Just don’t punish them for not eating
That's really low. What does her pediatrician recommend? They may have you contact a pediatric nutritionist.
My daughter is 8 y/o and just like this. Soooo hard to get her to eat. Reward, punishment, nothing seems to help. ~1 percentile weight. Thin and lanky.
She also has problems with chronic constipation. We have seen many specialists but still have no answers. It's very, very stressful so I highly empathize with you OP. She's not unhappy or anything though and is developmentally fine other than what I've mentioned. Hopefully these are stages they'll grow out of...
Wish I had a helpful answer but just replying in solidarity!

No personal experience here so totally just spitballing a couple ideas if it’s helpful.
Have you tried smoothies? Can sneak in things like avocado or coconut milk that are high cal plus get lots of nutrients in. Maybe if your daughter like pink, get some frozen pink dragonfruit (Costco) to make it more fun. Also of the age where she could make that herself.
Does she like pasta at all? Homemade ricotta gnocchi is very easy and high calorie. Maybe she’d eat it if she was part of the process. I make this weekly with my toddler since she is so dang picky but will eat this since she made it.
Her doctor is starting to express some concern on weight although no fire alarms yet. On food options we haven’t done all of the exact things mentioned but we are a very food oriented family and provide a lot of options including things she likes. Challenge is more appetite than willingness to eat particular foods. She just doesn’t get hungry so anything that’s less appealing than cake can be unappealing to her.
