Has anyone got permanent work from home for ptec or its mandatory to follow hybrid ?

My manager has announced for hybrid/wfo mode. 3 days in a office mandatory...what are your thoughts guys

Has your company stated anything about training in-person employees to better work with and include remote team members as your company goes back to having some employees in office? Mine says they will but I’ll still a little worried.

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher.
